As a key member of our IT department, you will provide on-site and remote support to users, manage equipment stock, prepare computers, and learn about security and good practices.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge of networking
• Experience with Windows 10 and the Office suite, we also value knowledge about macOS and Linux support level
• We require English fluent level

Responsibilities

• Provide in-situ and remote support
• Help manage the equipment stock
• Prepare Windows / Linux / macOS computers
• Give access and remove access to our platforms to users when necessary
• Support and check meeting rooms, events too
