Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Basic knowledge of networking
  • Experience with Windows 10 and the Office suite, we also value knowledge about macOS and Linux support level
  • Required English fluent level

Responsibilities

  • In-situ and remote support
  • Help us to manage the equipment stock
  • Prepare Windows / Linux / macOS computers
  • Give access and remove access to our platforms to users when necessary
  • Support and check meeting rooms, events too
  • Learn a lot about security and good practices
  • Create documentation to help users and the team in their day to day

Preferred Qualifications

  • We value knowledge about Jira, Unifi
  • Nice to have: CCNA, CFGM SMX or higher
  • VoIP knowledge, experience supporting Call Center
