IT Support Technician

Summary

The job is for an IT Support Specialist at Re:Build Manufacturing, a company combining technology and operational excellence to revitalize the U.S. manufacturing sector. Requirements

• 2+ years' experience supporting end users both in person and remote
• Experience servicing tickets in a help desk ticketing system
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Demonstrable understanding of workstation and user technologies including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory through professional experience, certifications, and/or personal projects
• Demonstrable understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies
• Ability to work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
• Willingness to travel 10%

Responsibilities

• Address user tickets regarding user hardware, operating system, application software, network connectivity, and cloud services, triaging and escalating as appropriate
• Conduct troubleshooting in-person and remotely
• Develop, refine, and provide step-by-step documentation of procedures for fellow IT personnel and end users
• Proactively ensure on-site systems are functional
• Procure and provision computers and accounts for new users, de-provisioning and reimaging upon separation and managing computer and license inventories
• Assist with high visibility IT project implementations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MacOS and Intune, preferred
