Summary

In this role, you will provide on-site and remote support for installing and configuring user equipment, including workstations, laptops, and peripherals. You will also install operating systems and applications, set up network connectivity, conduct user acceptance testing, and offer basic end-user training and first-level support. This position requires 3 years of higher education and 3 years of related experience. Proficiency in assembling and configuring computer hardware, installing Windows operating systems, and resolving basic network connectivity issues is essential. Requirements

  • 3 years of higher education after secondary school with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in assembling and configuring desktops, laptops, and peripherals, with strong diagnostic skills
  • Experience in installing and configuring Windows operating systems, including drivers and standard applications
  • Capability of connecting devices to networks and resolving basic connectivity issues
  • Ability to provide clear, user-friendly support and communicate technical information effectively
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking, equipment deployment, and maintaining accurate records
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote support for the installation and initial configuration of user equipment (workstations, laptops, peripherals)
  • Install operating systems and baseline applications
  • Set up network connectivity (wired and wireless)
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and hand over devices to end users
  • Offer basic end-user training and first-level support
