Join Interlaced, a cloud-focused IT services provider, as a contracted IT Support Technician I in Buenos Aires. This part-time, remote position requires knowledge of common business technologies and experience with cloud infrastructure. You will assist end users remotely via chat, phone, and email. Requirements

• Knowledge of common business technologies
• Experience working in diverse technical environments as well as with various cloud infrastructure components
• Possess a technical skill-set and stay up to date with the latest technology trends
• Ability to quickly incorporate new techniques and processes
• Be personable and have the ability to interact with each level of the client's business, from the front desk to the CEO

Responsibilities
