Requirements

  • Have 2-3 years experience of working with IT Support
  • Have good knowledge of Windows and macOS
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
  • Have experience of Azure and Active Directory
  • Have experience of Android and iOS devices
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Provide first line support for all IT issues
  • Support Office IT equipment
  • Manage devices and troubleshoot and fix software/hardware issues
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and related systems
  • Document solutions
