IT Support Technician

Summary

Join Sinch's Global IT support team as an IT Support Technician, providing first-line, on-site end-user support. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, requiring independent work and teamwork. You will troubleshoot and fix software/hardware issues, administer Microsoft 365, and document solutions. A minimum of two years of IT support experience is necessary, along with knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 administration. Experience with Azure, Active Directory, Android, and iOS devices is also needed. Fluency in English is required. Requirements

• 2-3 years experience of working with IT Support
• Good knowledge of Windows and macOS
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience of Azure and Active Directory
• Experience of Android and iOS devices
• Fluency in written and spoken English
