Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing or Engineering from a top-tier university
• 2 years of relevant working experience in a tech-savvy company
• 3CX intermediate knowledge or any call center experience
• Mobile Device Management knowledge
• API skills is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written command in English
• Good understanding of network systems and protocols
• Effective communications skills; ability to work cross functionally
• Customer service attitude and high level of energy

Responsibilities

• Configure computer systems
• Diagnose software faults and solve technical and applications problems for company systems
• IT automation and scripting
• Mobile device management configuration and troubleshooting
• Identity and access management
• Responding in a timely manner to employees' IT support issues and requests
• Setting up accounts for new users as required
• Working on implementing standards in the areas of Desktop, WAN, LAN
• Provide support on the company’s cloud call center (3CX)
• Installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
