Requirements

  • 5+ years in Microsoft 365 E5 technologies (Exchange Online, InTune, Defender Suite, Compliance Centre, Entra, SharePoint, Teams, Azure Virtual Desktop)
  • 3+ years in SOC, SIEM, and EDR solutions (Microsoft Sentinel, SentinelOne, ContraForce)
  • Cybersecurity expertise (Essential Eight, NIST compliance, security hardening)
  • Network administration (firewall configuration, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, TLS, NAT)
  • Remote access management, patching, and cyber hygiene practices
  • Windows Server, Windows Desktop, macOS troubleshooting
  • DNS management and MSP industry tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Helpdesk System, responding to customer support tickets and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in digital transformation projects, gaining hands-on experience with new technologies and solutions
  • Continuously learn and develop new skills by working on customer initiatives that enhance workplace productivity
  • Collaborate with the team to implement innovative IT solutions that improve customer operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of ticket resolutions and contribute to process improvements

  • Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills

  • Trusted advisor with problem-solving and process analysis skills
  • Experience with web applications, APIs, and PAM solutions
