Requirements
- Experience administering and configuring Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) in an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of workflows, permission schemes, and custom field configurations within Atlassian products
- Familiarity with ITSM, cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001), and compliance requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Design, implement, and optimise workflows, automation, and integrations within the Atlassian ecosystem
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored Atlassian solutions
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and uptime
- Provide training, documentation, and support to internal teams on Atlassian tools
- Contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and Security projects
- Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines for IT initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Support the implementation of security best practices and compliance requirements in IT projects
- Monitor project progress, address risks and issues, and report on outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python) for automation and customisation of Atlassian tools
- Project management certifications will be considered a plus (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
- Knowledge of integrating Atlassian tools with IT and security systems
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of advanced security practices and their application within IT projects
