Requirements

  • Business analysis and Technical systems experience (3+ years)
  • Required strong SaaS management experience of internal systems including: Okta, Okta Workflows, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Slack Enterprise Grid, Office 365, n8identity, the Access Hub
  • Global experience working across multiple countries and timezones
  • Experience providing IT support in environments subject to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance, with an understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and their application in day-to-day support operations
  • Great customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong technical skills with both PC and Mac platforms
  • Great technical all-rounder, troubleshooter, generalist
  • Have a great understanding of both hardware and software computer fundamentals
  • Proactive, organised and able to communicate with customers and colleagues effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise processes and tasks
  • Sound ability to gather, analyse and interpret business needs and develop and configure appropriate software solutions
  • Ability to handle and resolve complex incidents and technical escalations from IT support teams
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and/or industry experience or qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Understands and analyses business requirements in order to implement technical solutions
  • Collaborates within the team and across business groups to analyse and provide technology solutions to business problems
  • Manages stakeholder interactions and expectations
  • Supports improvement activities for systems and business flows eg staff on-off board
  • Acts as an Escalation point for IT support team for technical solutions
  • Participates in IT related communication awareness and training activities covering hardware, applications, problem solving, knowledge management and cybersecurity
  • Learns and applies problem solving methodologies and identifies continual improvement opportunities
  • Provides guidance and training where appropriate on technology services
  • Takes ownership of a specific piece of work within a technology process lifecycle or project in addition to BAU activities appropriate to skill level, seeking assistance and guidance from the team, more senior analysts, architects, and managers

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to speak Spanish would be advantageous
