Summary

Join Envato as an IT Systems Engineer III and play a key role in supporting and optimizing our global internal IT systems and services. Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, you will manage IT systems, automate business processes, and deliver high-quality technology experiences. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver secure and efficient technology solutions, streamline tasks through automation, and enhance employee capabilities. This role requires a self-directed technical expert passionate about operational excellence and innovation. The position offers full flexibility to manage work and life, a MacBook Pro or HP, a home office setup contribution, and paid parental leave. Continuous improvement is encouraged with an annual learning budget.

Requirements

  • Possess strong technical skills in managing SaaS applications and internal IT systems
  • Demonstrate proven experience with API integrations, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and automation tools
  • Maintain an analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and sustainable solutions
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities, thriving in dynamic environments
  • Show a customer-focused approach with a commitment to knowledge sharing and acting on feedback
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Be knowledgeable in IT security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support SaaS applications, including configuration, user access, vendor collaboration, and issue escalation
  • Implement integrations and automations between systems using APIs and tools to streamline operations
  • Write and deploy high-quality code for automations and system integrations
  • Enforce security policies to comply with relevant regulations and safeguard data
  • Lead projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver practical IT solutions
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides, sharing expertise across the team

Preferred Qualifications

Have ITIL framework experience or relevant technical certifications
