Systems Engineer III

Summary

Join Trustpilot's Corporate Systems Team and play a vital role in maintaining and operating the company's Finance and HR systems. You will manage, configure, and integrate SaaS-based solutions, automate processes, and respond to system alerts. This position requires at least 5 years of experience with Finance or HR SaaS systems and a strong understanding of cloud-based systems. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to cross-functional projects. Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in working with Finance or HR SaaS systems
• Knowledge of working, Operating, Optimizing and deploying cloud based systems and solutions
• You are capable but can also work in a team environment
• Your decisions are based on data, and you can analyze
• Structured working experience
• You work closely with stakeholders and provide guidance and solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate, configure, and oversee the Corporate systems
• Configure, implement, and integrate scalable SaaS-based Finance and HR solutions (requirements gathering, architecting, configuring, securing, and team training)
• Integrate 3rd party systems and automate processes
• Investigate system and security alerts and provide incident response
• Create and maintain technical documentation of systems and processes
• Be on top of our systems integrations e.g. between HR & Financial systems
• Manage tickets of incidents and escalations
• Establish and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in internal and cross-functional projects involving stakeholders of all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Operational processes and tools (e.g. Zuora, Unit4, Sage People, Workday) are beneficial
• Experience with Salesforce enhances your application
