Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in working with Finance or HR SaaS systems
- Knowledge of working, Operating, Optimizing and deploying cloud based systems and solutions
- You are capable but can also work in a team environment
- Your decisions are based on data, and you can analyze
- Structured working experience
- You work closely with stakeholders and provide guidance and solutions
Responsibilities
- Manage, evaluate, configure, and oversee the Corporate systems
- Configure, implement, and integrate scalable SaaS-based Finance and HR solutions (requirements gathering, architecting, configuring, securing, and team training)
- Integrate 3rd party systems and automate processes
- Investigate system and security alerts and provide incident response
- Create and maintain technical documentation of systems and processes
- Be on top of our systems integrations e.g. between HR & Financial systems
- Manage tickets of incidents and escalations
- Establish and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in internal and cross-functional projects involving stakeholders of all levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Operational processes and tools (e.g. Zuora, Unit4, Sage People, Workday) are beneficial
- Experience with Salesforce enhances your application
