IT Technical Services Associate

Summary

The IT Technical Services Associate provides daily hands-on support to the organization's end user devices and serves as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues at the Roseville, CA office. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, conducting regular maintenance and upgrades, documenting and tracking issues, collaborating with other IT team members, and staying current on the latest developments in IT.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, some technical classes a plus
• 1 year of previous experience in a technical support role

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users, including debugging and resolving problems
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of hardware devices
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment
• Document and track issues and resolutions in the ticketing system, including Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
• Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of IT systems
• Develop and implement data backup strategies to prevent data loss

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, O365 Administration, Azure Active Directory Administration a plus
