Summary

CoreWeave is seeking a JIRA Developer to manage and optimize their JIRA instance, develop custom plugins and integrations, and train development teams. The role requires 3+ years of experience in JIRA administration, strong understanding of agile methodologies, and familiarity with tools like GitLab, Kubernetes, and Slack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in JIRA administration and configuration
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and workflows
• Experience developing custom JIRA plugins and integrations
• Experience with JIRA REST APIs
• Experience with writing backend clusters in Python and/or Go
• Familiarity with other tools in the development stack, including GitLab, Kubernetes, and Slack
• Solid understanding of infrastructure and system administration concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer CoreWeave's JIRA instance, including user management, project creation, and workflow configuration
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure JIRA is configured to support agile development processes and workflows
• Develop and maintain custom JIRA plugins and integrations with other tools in the development stack, including Github, GitLab, Kubernetes, and Slack
• Monitor and optimize JIRA performance and scalability, and work with the infrastructure team to ensure JIRA is running efficiently
• Develop and maintain JIRA reports and dashboards to enable visibility and transparency across teams and projects
• Train and support development teams on JIRA best practices and workflows
