Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Successful FXers in this role have majored in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, User Experience, and beyond
  • GPA above 3.4
  • Part-time/summer job/internship experience is a must
  • Customer service experience in any industry
  • Advertising/marketing agency experience
  • Experience in computer science/HTML/CSS or UX (User Experience)
  • Project management experience
  • Excel/Google Docs skills
  • Presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients as a direct point of contact, asking key questions to understand their needs, educating them through clear communication, and making suggestions on industry best-practices
  • Work to maintain our world-class client retention rate by delivering a high level of client satisfaction
  • Develop and outline projects specifications for website builds (utilizing UX best practices)
  • Organize, manage, and communicate project schedules to internal team members
  • Perform quality testing for website builds and launches, evaluating performance, functionality, UX, etc
  • Complete deliverables in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining project timelines and keeping projects within scope
  • Use organization, communication, and troubleshooting skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
