Summary
The job is for a Junior Accountant at LiveFlow, a fast-paced financial automation startup. The role involves managing core financial activities, owning the Accounts Receivable process, preparing monthly reports, performing ad hoc analyses, and managing external accountants in two countries.
Requirements
- An accounting-related qualification
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Good problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented individual
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to work remotely
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks
- Own the Accounts Receivable process
- Prepare crucial monthly reports for management
- Perform ad hoc analyses that guide strategic decisions
- Manage the relationship with external accountants in two countries
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in tech and automation
- Experience with QuickBooks and/or Netsuite
