Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Summary

Join our dynamic team as we build a new business service centre in Budapest, Hungary, providing business support in IT, finance, procurement, master data, sales and HR fields.

Requirements

• University or college degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or experience in Finance & Accounting field
• AR knowledge with at least 1-2 years finance operations role, ideally in SSC
• Experience in a service driven, customer-oriented environment (beneficial: SSC experience)
• Strong Excel skills as well as SAP R3 (SAP S4/HANA is a plus)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Be involved in the transition of accounting processes from European entities to Hungary and actively shape a new SSC in Budapest
• Be involved in day-to-day operations in the following process areas Credit management, Invoicing, Incoming payment processing, Collection management & dunning, Customer disputes, AR Closing and periodical activities
• Be adherent to agreed service levels, policies and procedures as well as internal controls
• Discover, evaluate and resolve issues
• Be the ambassador of our organization towards our Customers
• Ensure that all process manuals/relevant work instructions are created and updated on a regular basis
