- You have proven experience creating high-performing ads for paid media campaigns, preferably in fintech or financial services
- You're a master of Canva, able to create professional-quality designs quickly and efficiently
- You're proficient in CapCut and can produce engaging video content that performs well on social platforms
- You have excellent copywriting skills and can craft compelling ad copy that converts
- You understand the nuances of different social media platforms and can adapt creative accordingly
- You're data-driven and can analyze creative performance to optimize future campaigns
- You have a keen eye for design trends and understand what makes content shareable and engaging
- You can work fast without sacrificing quality, thriving in a rapid-iteration environment

Responsibilities
- Creating high-converting ad creatives, including static images, video ads, and carousel formats for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Writing punchy, persuasive ad copy that captures attention and drives action within character limits
- Designing visually stunning graphics and layouts using Canva that align with our brand guidelines
- Editing and producing engaging video content using CapCut for social media advertising
- Developing creative concepts that effectively communicate our value propositions to different audience segments
- A/B testing different creative approaches to optimize performance and identify winning concepts
- Staying current with platform-specific best practices and creative trends across paid media channels
- Collaborating with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences
- Rapidly iterating on creative assets based on performance data and feedback
