Requirements

• Higher education
• Experience in photography, video making, graphic design, video editing
• Must have knowledge in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop
• Familiarity with AI tools and other innovative platforms
• A strong understanding of the various audience types and social media best practices
• Great creative thinking, decision making, problem-solving, communication & analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Be passionate about social media and stay up to date with the new trends
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian
• Portfolio required: Please share a link to your portfolio when applying

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily online team meetings to align on priorities and creative direction
• Create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content for digital platforms (product pages, ads, social media, etc.)
• Use AI tools and traditional methods to produce and edit visual assets – including product photos, lifestyle visuals, short-form video ads, b-roll, thumbnails, etc
• Edit “talking head” and voice-over videos to ensure clarity, flow, and brand consistency
• Contribute to the creative strategy by researching visual trends and proposing new content ideas
• Assist in managing and organizing digital asset libraries across brands and platforms
• Take ownership of smaller content projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Continuously test and implement new AI tools and creative techniques to improve visual output
