Senior Account Manager

Summary

You will serve as the central point of contact between clients and the internal team, managing projects across digital campaigning, social media, branding, e-commerce, and more. This role demands strategic thinking, client consultation, and efficient time management. You will coordinate projects, utilize resources effectively, and deliver presentations and workshops. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant degree, agency experience, and strong client and market understanding. Requirements

• Hold a completed degree in business or communication studies or comparable training
• Have agency experience, ideally with an online focus, as an account or project manager or in a comparable position
• Demonstrate customer and market understanding through experience in customer support, coordination of online projects, and campaigns
• Possess broad professional/project experience in various types of projects in the areas of (digital) campaigns, social media, content creator marketing, etc
• Be open to new and innovative projects in the area of new technologies (AI, KI, ...)
• Think strategically and enjoy advising your clients
• Exhibit very good and efficient time management with very high quality standards
• Possess an independent work style and a positive and solution-oriented attitude with a hands-on mentality
• Have very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central interface between the client and the team
• Provide operational support, strategic consulting, and further development of defined clients
• Coordinate projects in the areas of digital campaigning, social media, new branding, e-commerce, websites, CRM, and media
• Dependably utilize resources and budgets while ensuring quality, timing, and control
• Independently prepare and conduct client presentations and workshops
• Work independently and responsibly as part of an interdisciplinary project team (account management, strategy, creation, performance, development, and client)
