Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or Data Science
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI
• Strong skills in Python and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with SQL and Azure for data querying and management

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Utilize SQL and Azure to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources
• Support data integrity and quality assurance processes
• Apply Python and Excel expertise for data analysis and light data science tasks, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Use SQL-lite for database management and querying
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Demonstrate a strong curiosity to learn about the business, ask insightful questions, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Assist in the development of documentation and training materials for end-users

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices
• Basic knowledge of R or other data science tools is a plus
• Experience working in a retail or marketing environment
