Summary
Join StackAdapt, a self-serve advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions, as a Client Success Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, advising them on effective campaign strategies and ensuring campaign success. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, providing training and support, driving retention and growth, resolving customer inquiries, and assisting in creating support documentation. This role requires 2+ years of experience in real-time bidding/programmatic expertise and proven success in managing client relationships. You will work closely with various teams to maximize customer campaign ROI and leverage your programmatic media buying experience to recommend optimizations. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to candidates located anywhere in the UK.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
- Experience running Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
- Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence
- Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue
- The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
- Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience providing training and explaining concepts to clients who have different levels of knowledge of programmatic advertising
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals
- Advise clients on effective campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
- Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, providing strategic recommendations and optimizations to meet identified KPIs
- Onboard new clients to the Stackadapt platform, providing them with adequate training, support and resources to be fully self-serve
- Drive retention and growth by helping clients maximize their usage of StackAdaptβs capabilities
- Resolve customer inquiries; ensuring that questions and issues are addressed within established SLAs
- Assist in the creation of Support documentation for frequently experienced challenges
