Summary

Join Pennylane's CRM team as a Junior CRM Support Specialist and contribute to operational excellence by providing timely support to internal users. You will handle day-to-day support requests, create documentation, and improve processes. The role involves working with Salesforce and related systems, assisting with data maintenance, and participating in user training. This position is crucial for maintaining smooth CRM operations as the company scales rapidly. You will collaborate with the Salesforce Admin, Developers, and Engineering Manager. Growth opportunities within the CRM ecosystem are available.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a same setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and patience when helping others
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Basic familiarity with CRM concepts
  • A curious mind and eagerness to learn new systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Fluency in French and a good level of English

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve CRM support tickets from internal teams
  • Help users navigate Salesforce and related systems
  • Document common issues and solutions for our knowledge base
  • Identify patterns in support requests that might indicate training needs
  • Assist with basic data maintenance and quality checks
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to our CRM systems
  • Participate in user training sessions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer support or help desk role
  • Experience creating documentation or training materials
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment or startup
