Requirements

  • 1+ years of Facebook Ads marketing experience
  • Ability to problem-solve and analyze results and make suggestions to the client based on their individual results
  • Mid to Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager experience
  • Excellent and effective written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
  • Committed to ongoing education and training to stay on top of the Facebook platform, rules, regulations, strategies and updates for proper ad execution, implementation & client success
  • Experience with updating Facebook Pages and troubleshooting Facebook issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with other teams
  • The processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
  • MUST have the latest Operating System
  • Windows 11 64bit
  • Mac Ventura / Sonoma
  • 16GB with 100GB Free disk space
  • MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
  • A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
  • 20 mbps minimum wired connection for main isp
  • Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
  • Back up power source

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for hundreds of real estate clients
  • Work closely with a senior marketer
  • Set up and run campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager
  • Adjust and maintain campaign budgets, including pacing and allocation according to client needs
  • Ensure ad quality by reviewing assigned campaigns and flagging issues for improvement
  • Monitor and manage active campaigns for performance and delivery
  • Adjust campaign budgets and perform daily pacing checks
  • Submit and process pre-approval requests from Sales and other departments
  • Escalate issues or campaign errors to relevant team members
  • Coordinate with multiple departments (Sales, Support, and Technical) for smooth campaign flow

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in MS Access
