Junior Cloud Operations Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience working in a large IT organization in a similar position
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 or later and Windows Server 2012R2 or later
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Remote Desktop Services along with Remote Desktop Gateway
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite from a user's perspective (Word, Excel, Outlook applications)
• English language – B2 level (intermediate, spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and forward client and internal requests
• Escalate requests to appropriate team members based on the area
• Assign, modify, and revoke access to the environment
• Conduct access audits
• Monitor the environment's operation by monitoring its status in central software
• Collaborate with other company teams (including the Application Development Department, Projects, Sales, TETA program support line) and Partners
• Prepare technical documentation in Polish and English
• Contact clients in Polish and English
• Maintain a good atmosphere in the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Jira, PRTG programs
• Knowledge of the User and Computer Management module of the Active Directory service
