Requirements

  • Ideally, you have worked in a SaaS company and gained experience in a Customer Success or Account Management team
  • Possess strong communication skills to explain complex issues clearly and have a keen sense for customer needs and perspectives
  • Enjoy phone sales conversations and are not afraid of appointments with decision-makers such as CEOs or IT managers
  • Work in a customer-oriented manner and show interest and curiosity in digitalization and change management in the eHealth sector
  • Easily manage multiple tasks and projects while keeping priorities in sight
  • Have very good German and at least good English skills

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new hospitals and aftercare providers; initiate and guide hospitals in implementing the platform with key users (IT, social services, nursing, physicians, etc.)
  • Coordinate the onboarding process with internal stakeholders; collaborate with the Recare Customer Success Team and other interfaces like Sales, Integration, and Product Management
  • Prepare, conduct, and monitor milestones in onboarding workshops and product training for clients; support the entire change process and help them successfully utilize the platform
  • Acquire new aftercare providers (nursing homes and care services) via telephone acquisition as needed and introduce them to using the platform for seamless utilization
