Requirements

• Must be fluent in spoken and written English
• Should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Must be motivated, with attention to detail and an aptitude for accuracy
• Need strong listening, communication, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Play a crucial part in sourcing and analysing fund data to help power our products and client deliveries
• Work closely with clients and third parties to ensure their data can be used effectively and passes our validation process
• Guide and advise data providers to ensure their data is compliant with our process
• Act as a point of liaison between clients and data providers to ensure their needs are being met
• Communicate with European clients via email daily to ensure accurate delivery and answer their queries
• Regularly contact colleagues from all over Europe, exchanging knowledge, and working together to provide the best possible service to our clients
