Junior Data Analyst

Requirements

• A background in engineering, data science, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in data analytics, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
• A hands-on problem solver with a passion for data-driven decision-making
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong command of Excel for data organization and reporting
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and algorithms
• Solid understanding of business analytics and how data influences strategic decisions
• Expertise in dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial and product teams to create business reports that highlight actionable insights and opportunities
• Support the development of machine learning models to enhance our app's capabilities and user experience
• Assist in gathering and interpreting product requirements, leveraging data to scale and optimize the product
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand their data needs, building tailored reporting solutions that drive decision-making
• Utilize data visualization tools to design intuitive dashboards that showcase findings in a clear, impactful manner
