Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Engineering Technology, Energy Management, or another related field
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Possess excellent excel and data management skills
- Utilize ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager experience
- Work with utilities to request aggregated building data through their processes
- Demonstrate familiarity with building systems and local/state benchmarking regulations
- Manage, manipulate and analyze utility billing and usage data (energy, water, waste)
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold LEED Green Associate, LEED Accredited Professional β EBOM, Certified Energy Manager, or Certified Energy Auditor certifications
- Have experience using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager
