Requirements

Responsibilities

• Participation in the support of Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) / Business Central & CRM
• Be responsible for the monitoring and resolution of operational issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the programs
• Communicate with external partners supporting ERP/CRM programs to transfer company requests
• Analyze problems that may arise
