Junior Accountant

Summary

Join Flix as a (Junior) Accountant and contribute to the company's growth. Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
• 1-4 years experience in General Ledger Accounting
• Experience with a month end close process, reconciliations, and recording into an ERP
• Fluency in English
• System experience with ERP required, ORACLE Fusion as a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and follow-up on resolution of old/unusual open items
• Prepare and book monthly journal entries
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
• Prepare IFRS Adjustments
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Have the ability to prepare clear and concise documentation
• Prepare requested documentation and reports for external and internal audits
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German would be considered an advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing international environment
