Junior Finance Associate

Summary

Join Fresh Prints' Finance Team as a Jr. Associate and contribute directly to the company's revenue growth. Working remotely, you will be responsible for checking invoices for accuracy, addressing client and internal queries, and identifying areas for improvement. Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify errors and highlight them in a timely manner
• Multi-task and balance multiple priorities with deadline-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Work with the finance team to directly contribute to the company’s revenue growth
• Assisting the finance team with addressing queries from internal employees and campus managers
• Responsible for checking the invoices received by our vendors using available resources
• Deliver on assigned tasks with great quality and efficiency
• Identify areas of opportunity and highlight to improve
