Junior Financial Analyst

Summary

FedSync is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, financial management, and/or debt collection for federal/state organizations/agencies. The role involves reconciling customer accounts, analyzing issues, responding to customer inquiries, negotiating repayment agreements, posting and reconciling accounting transactions, and keeping records of all customer accounts.

Requirements

• US Citizenship Required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 2 years' experience performing accounts receivable, financial management, and/or debt collection for federal/state organizations/agencies
• Experience working under pressure and with critical deadlines along with being responsible for producing quality, timely, detailed, and competent work product
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; and preparing and conducting presentations

Responsibilities

• Reconciling Customer Accounts
• Analyzing issues and resolving problems
• Responding to customer/debtor inquires
• Notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, email, etc
• Negotiating repayment agreements
• Posting and reconciling accounting transactions
• Keeping records of collection and status of all customer accounts

Preferred Qualifications

Security Clearance Requirement: Preferred,. immediate completed background investigation in the last 4 Years of Moderate Level 4 or higher
