Junior Google Apps Script Engineer

Summary

Join AUTO1 Group as a Google Scripts Engineer and contribute to the Operations department by automating existing processes and establishing new ones. You will be responsible for finding innovative solutions, retrieving data from various databases using Google Apps Script, translating business requirements technically, supporting product range expansion, and working closely with Operations teams to shape the future of the process landscape.

Requirements

• First relevant experiences in working with JavaScript and Google Apps Script
• Good self-organisation skills and a passion for automation of processes using APIs and other available tools
• You are a fast learner and motivated to get to know new technologies
• You are prepared to make decisions and take responsibility for your projects
• Good English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Find innovative solutions to automate our processes & work on the conception of novel analysis approaches
• Retrieve relevant data sets from various databases using Google Apps Script
• Act as a link between business & tech by translating business requirements technically
• Support the expansion of the product range by developing lean processes for internal stakeholders
• Work closely with our Operations teams and shape the future of our process landscape

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SQL, version control systems like Git or other languages like Python would be a plus
