Junior IT Asset Management Coordinator

Summary

ZigZag is seeking a dynamic and organized Junior IT Asset Management Coordinator to manage and update inventories of both IT and non-IT assets, coordinate the deployment of new IT assets, conduct regular audits, utilize asset management tools, generate reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in IT asset management, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and be able to work collaboratively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT asset management and familiarity with non-IT asset management is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and components
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and update comprehensive inventories of both IT assets (hardware, software, licenses) and non-IT assets (furniture, fixtures)
• Coordinate the deployment of new IT assets, ensuring proper configuration and compliance with organizational standards
• Can install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated end user workstation software
• Conduct regular audits and physical verifications of assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies
• Utilize asset management tools, such as Asset Tiger, to streamline tracking processes
• Generate regular reports on asset utilization, compliance, and any discrepancies found during audits
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to IT assets, including manuals, licenses, and configuration details

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidate must be willing to report onsite from Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm
• Must be willing to report in Ortigas/Cainta
