You will set up and configure devices, create user guides, maintain databases, manage the backup system, and assist the IT system administrator. Requirements

• First experience in an IT-related role
• Familiarity with Jira for service ticket management
• Confident using Microsoft 365 tools
• A careful, solution-oriented working style and a team-player mindset
• Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure mobile phones, PCs, laptops and tablets for our team
• Create easy-to-understand guides and manuals for hardware and software
• Help maintain our databases and support colleagues with hardware/software questions
• Take care of our backup system, maintain it regularly and help improve it
• Support our IT system administrator with daily tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideally, some knowledge of the open-source ticket system Zammad
• Basic knowledge of IT security is a bonus
