Junior Legal Counsel in Netherlands

Summary

GoGlobal is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel to join their Legal team. The candidate will provide legal advice and support to various departments, draft and review commercial agreements, and conduct research on legal matters. A Bachelor's degree in Law and at least 3 years of experience as a legal counsel are required. Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is also necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Law
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal counsel
• Commercially focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other teams
• Experience with Office (Word, Excel), Office 365, SharePoint
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise MSAs, NDAs and other commercial agreements
• Assist with drafting, updating, and maintaining legal templates and related policies and/or guidelines
• Prepare legal correspondence, notices, demand letters, and other documents
• Provide timely and accurate legal advice to various departments
• Conduct research on various legal matters as needed
• Perform other duties/responsibilities as requested by the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in employer of the record, payroll, corporate or business services
• Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation
