Junior Marketing Specialist

Requirements

• Advanced English Level
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, graphic design or a related field
• Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and graphic design
• Proficiency in tools for video editing, content creation, and design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and style
• Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams
• Experience with social media platforms and tools like LinkedIn and Instagram
• Knowledge of branding principles and visual design best practices
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Demand Generation Manager to execute on campaign deliverables
• Work alongside the Content Marketing Strategist to develop and edit compelling content across various formats, including videos, presentations, blog posts, and infographics, using a variety of software and AI tools
• Leverage editing software and AI tools to produce, edit, and enhance video content for marketing campaigns and internal use
• Partner with subject matter experts across the organization to facilitate the creation of engaging, accurate, and informative content
• Work alongside our Social Media Specialist to assist in developing and delivering innovative ideas for engagement
• Write, edit, and proofread content for blogs, newsletters, emails, case studies, sales enablement materials, and other marketing materials to ensure clarity, quality, and brand alignment
• Enhance content and visuals in presentations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, best practices, and impactful design
• Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all content and marketing materials
• Monitor content performance metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and ROI

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and metrics is a plus
