Junior Credit Officer

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in debt collection
• Experience working with Xero (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Experience in the digital marketing industry (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and analytical support to Collection Coordinator
• Assist in research, credit analysis, and special projects as required
• Analyse financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess creditworthiness
• Assist in performing credit risk assessments for both new and existing clients
• Support the preparation of loan documentation, including credit proposals and loan agreements
• Ensure that all necessary documents are collected, verified, and in compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• Liaise with the Sales, Account Management team and other department heads to ensure smooth coordination of credit approvals
• Stay updated on legal changes
