Requirements

• Minimum experience as Junior Marketing Specialist or university degree in Marketing/ Economy/ Business/ Analytics
• Understanding of basic marketing metrics
• Intermediate level English or higher
• Desire to start a career in digital marketing within one of the largest Ukrainian Health&Fitness Tech companies
• Analytical mindset
• Ability to learn quickly
• Desire to generate great ideas and come up with solutions for set tasks

Responsibilities

• Help marketing team with operational tasks
• Conduct market research and analyze content in Health & Fitness sector
• Generate ideas for new advertising campaigns
• Ensure ad materials comply with internal company policies
• Set up and launch marketing campaigns on Meta/Google etc
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, find reasons for deviations, and identify opportunities for growth
• Assign technical tasks to creative and content teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing
• Facebook Ads Manager or other advertising platform certifications
