Requirements

  • Be bright and engaging, with a willingness to learn and use initiative
  • Possess awareness around AV/Multimedia/Networks with an interest in technology
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to juggle tasks, adapt, and work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare the equipment needed for hearing/service deployment
  • Deploy, configure, and set up services
  • Support the service during and after deployment
  • Break down and remove equipment after use
  • Consult with case managers and operational teams on technical support/issues
  • Assist in developing new ways for Opus 2 to engage/interact with clients for service provisioning
  • Work with case managers to ensure installations are carried out within specified timeframe and guidelines
  • Provide feedback to the technical delivery team regarding specific installations and client issues onsite
  • Ensure all processes are followed and quality control the technical delivery teams’ installations
  • Design technical audio/video/network solutions for the hearing room
  • Operate bespoke court reporting software and provide support
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
