Summary
Join Xometry, a company connecting those with big ideas to manufacturers, as a Manager bridging strategic and operational functions in Xometry Europe. This role combines Partner Network development and Production Case Management, requiring you to cultivate and maintain a high-performing partner ecosystem and ensure seamless project execution. Responsibilities include building relationships with production partners, onboarding new partners, acting as a liaison, evaluating partner performance, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in production operations, partner/supplier management, or related fields and strong communication skills. While a technical or business-related degree is beneficial, it's not mandatory. The position is remote and offers a Bavarian holiday calendar.
Requirements
- Education: A technical or business-related degree is beneficial (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Industrial Management), but not mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in production operations, partner/supplier management, customer success, or related fields
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication in English (B2+ required); additional languages are a plus
- Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a digital-first environment
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate cross-functionally

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with production partners across designated macro-regions (e.g., India, Turkey, Mexico)
- Identify and onboard new partners by assessing their technical capabilities, machinery, certifications, and pricing models
- Act as the main liaison and advocate for partners, providing ongoing support and resolving issues to strengthen cooperation and partner satisfaction
- Regularly evaluate and improve partner performance in terms of delivery speed, cost efficiency, and quality output
- Proactively support partners with technical guidance and process alignment to meet project and Xometry standards
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and management teams to optimize partner integration and output quality
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Skills: Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC, 3D printing, sheet metal) is a plus, but not required. Comfortable working with ERP/CRM tools and MS Office
