As a Junior People Operations Specialist, you will support administrative and operational processes related to employee lifecycle management, ensuring a positive employee experience. You will work closely with the Talent & Culture team and other departments to maintain efficient and compliant internal processes. This role involves supporting onboarding and offboarding, managing employee data, assisting with contract preparation, monitoring employee data, organizing internal initiatives, providing administrative support, owning internship processes, ensuring compliance, and acting as a first point of contact for employee queries. Requirements

  • Min 2 years of previous experience in HR roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google docs
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and openness to think outside the box when it comes to processes and ways of working
  • Comfortable speaking and working in English

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, equipment, internal communications, etc.)
  • Manage and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., spreadsheets, HRIS)
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, amendments, and legal documents
  • Monitor, track and report on training, vacation, absences, leaves
  • Help organize and participate in internal initiatives such as trainings, events, and well-being programs
  • Provide administrative support for Feedback & Recognition, employee surveys, and engagement initiatives
  • Ownership of the company's internship processes, from support recruitment and documentation to onboarding, follow-up, and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor legislation and internal company policies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of People Operations processes
  • Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries related to operations
