Requirements

• You have completed a degree in business administration or a similar field
• You have initial experience in (HR) project management or business development
• You have organizational talent as well as project management skills and communicate clearly and at eye level
• Analytical thinking and confident handling of data are part of your skillset
• Excellent language skills in German (min. level C2) and English (min. level C1)

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in designing the AUTO1 Benefits program and contribute innovative ideas
• Find the best providers, negotiate attractive conditions, and ensure real added value for our employees
• Plan and coordinate the introduction of new benefits – from the initial idea to successful go-live
• Analyze data and feedback to specifically further develop our offer
• Make benefits tangible: With creative communication measures, appealing presentations, and clear instructions, you will enthuse our team for our offer
