Remote Junior Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Product Manager in a fast-growing German startup focused on digitalizing the construction industry. The role involves developing product strategy, understanding user needs, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring successful Go-To-Market of new functions and products. The candidate should have experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B or construction industry, strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and fluent German & English language skills.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B or construction industry
• Communication skills and ability to coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders
• Analytical abilities, conceptual and strategic thinking, and comfort with data analyses

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy, roadmap, and specifications for new features
• Understand user needs and regularly exchange with customers to identify market potential
• Coordinate End-to-End implementation of new features in collaboration with Design & Engineering Team
• Ensure successful Go-To-Market of new functions and products in cooperation with Marketing and Commercial Team
