TechOp Solutions is hiring a Junior Program Analyst to provide support in process improvement, knowledge management, customer service, and communications for a federal client. The role involves reviewing existing asset management processes, identifying areas for improvement, assisting in the updating of key policy and procedure documentation, developing and implementing strategies for acquisition and stakeholder engagement, and facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions to collect system requirements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• Up to 3 years’ experience

Responsibilities

• Review existing asset management processes
• Identify areas for improvement via process change or data/workflow automation
• Assist in the updating of key policy and procedure documentation
• Develop and implement strategies for acquisition and stakeholder engagement
• Assist in stakeholder engagement sessions to facilitate the collection and documentation of system requirements
