Junior Business Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Business Analyst role focusing on gathering customer information, supporting customers in making decisions, researching and analyzing obtained information, presenting project goals to the development team, writing functional requirements, technical specifications, and user stories/use cases. The candidate should have experience in creating technical documentation, interaction with customers, and understanding of web and mobile applications architecture.

Requirements

• Understanding of web and mobile applications architecture and development flow
• 1+ years of experience creating technical documentation
• Spoken English skills — your level should be no lower than Upper-Intermediate
• Experience in interaction with customers and gathering requirements
• Analytical capabilities, and structural mindset

Responsibilities

• Gathering, summarising and processing information from the customer
• Supporting customers in making the right decision while creating coherent requirements
• Making research and analysis of obtained information
• Presenting goals and core functionality of the project to the development team
• Writing the functional requirements, technical specifications and user stories/use cases
• Creating wireframes/sketches/diagrams/flow charts when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Prototyping experience (low fidelity, experience in wireframing or sketching)
• Technical background
• Experience with user interface design patterns
• Curiosity about the field of Generative AI
