Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, product operations, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Smartsheet and Jira
- Strong understanding of new product development and go-to-market strategies
- Experience with or demonstrated curiosity in complex enterprise SaaS solutions, with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and navigate multiple product domains simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination for product launches
- Utilize Smartsheet, Jira, and other project management tools to track progress and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution against company goals
- Identify potential risks and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on commitments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with multi-tenant or highly configurable software solutions is a plus
