Requirements

  • Certified PMP or slated to sit for PMP exam within the next 6 months
  • 2 years of experience communicating project updates both orally and in written form with technical staff, executive management, and user staff
  • 2 years of experience facilitating current state or application analysis sessions and documenting applications through use case process documents and workflow diagrams
  • 2 years of experience developing project plans
  • 2 years of experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the management team
  • 2 years of experience tracking work tasks and maintaining project schedules (including work breakdown structures)
  • 2 years of experience in risk tracking, mitigation, and issue tracking
  • 2 years of experience delivering projects as per agreed schedule, as per the current technical specification (within scope), and within the approved budget
  • 2 years of experience in meeting facilitation and documentation
  • Experience in at least two of the following tools: HP Project Portfolio Management, Microsoft Project, Cherwell Software – IT Management Enterprise, Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, or Microsoft Word

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes, documenting decisions, identifying issues, and action items
  • Draft use cases, process maps, and standard operating procedures
  • Draft design documentation
  • Draft training documentation such as user manuals
  • Deliver training to users
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization
  • Perform needs analysis, analyze business processes, develop process maps, and assist team members
  • Draft functional and technical specifications
  • Develop test cases, test plans, and conduct UAT
  • Facilitate UAT with team members
  • Write specific, measurable, attainable, reasonable, and traceable (SMART) business requirements including role or persona, the need, and the outcome
  • Facilitate requirements gathering with team members
  • Draft and maintain project documents (including project charters, project plans, status reports, and schedules)
  • Gather data, conduct data analysis, and create dashboards and reports
  • Correspond (verbally and in written formats) with project teams and other stakeholders regarding project activities, deliverables, and status

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in communications development and planning
  • 2 years of experience identifying, analyzing, and documenting policies, processes, and procedures using use case process documents, workflow diagrams, and drafting of standard operating procedures
  • 2 years of experience gathering, drafting, and prioritizing requirements
  • 2 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), writing test scripts, testing methodologies, and documentation
  • 2 years of experience drafting functional and technical specifications
  • 2 years of experience using Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel
  • 2 years of experience in technical writing including drafting of project documents, reports, and user guides for a variety of stakeholders
